The Basil Universal Cargo carrier is an aluminum rear rack system suitable for bicycles with wheel sizes of 26, 27, 28, and 29 inches. The carrier features a mounting point for lights and a spring clamp for extra stability. This carrier is also suitable for bicycles with disc brakes.
