Description
Sturdy, high-quality 100% cellulose watercolor paper with a textured surface. To achieve success with watercolor, we recommend using potted watercolors with pearlescent pigments (which create a dramatic effect on the black background). You can also use classic potted watercolors, mixing the white with all the other colors in the palette. The colors will create the same effect as pastels on the black watercolor paper. Crayons: Use porous soft pastels, soft and oily oil pastels, or hard crayons, etc., directly on the watercolor paper. Naturally, the lightest colors will stand out most strongly on the black paper. Don't forget to fix the soft pastels with a fixative when you're finished.
