The Basil City double pannier is perfect for the fast-paced city. Whether you're going to work, visiting friends, going out, or running errands, this compact pannier offers plenty of room with a 28-liter capacity. If you're carrying more gear, you can expand the capacity to 32 liters by adjusting the Velcro closure. The closure also protects against rain. The pannier is made of water-repellent polyester in a roasted brown color. For added safety, the pannier features reflective elements on all sides and an attachment point for LED lights. If you're carrying heavy items, you can combine it with the Basil Spacer (sold separately) to prevent the pannier from catching on your bike's spokes.
