The IceToolz 62B7 chain tool is a professional chain tool suitable for all 1/2x3/16" chains, regardless of brand. This chain tool is made of Cr-Mo steel and features a protective cover and a break-off pin function. The ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip, and the long pins on the pivot reduce the force required. The chain tool has a recess in the pivot pins to cleanly break off the pin. An additional protective cover prevents the chain from slipping. The chain tool can be used in conjunction with the chain removal tool (IceToolz part number 62H1).

This professional chain tool is a handy tool for bicycle workshops. It's an all-in-one tool with a protective cap to hold the chain in place and a recess to cleanly break off the shear pin. Use of the chain removal tool (IceToolz part number 62H1) is recommended. With this chain tool, the pins of each chain link can be pressed out. Make sure the pin is pushed out far enough to disengage the link, but not so far that it pushes out of the outer link.
