This specific alternator tool set has special bits for installing the drive pulley. The drive pulley is secured by 33-tooth inserts. The set includes all the necessary sleeves and plungers to replace the ball bearing joints. The included inserts are specifically designed for use on Bosch and Renault alternators. This set includes adapters and is suitable for VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Ford.
