The Carson Foldable Thread Counter 11.5x15mm is a universal thread counter with high magnification and built-in LED lighting. It's an ideal accessory for examining the smallest details, even in low light.
The thread counter features 11.5x magnification and a 15mm lens diameter. This allows you to examine the finest details of an object. The built-in LED light allows you to use the magnifier even in low-light conditions. This magnifier is powered by three small button cell batteries (included). Furthermore, the housing features graduations in both millimeters (0-10) and inches (0-3/8). The 11.5x magnification also allows you to clearly examine even these very small objects. A thread counter is also known as a top-mounted magnifier.
Application
The thread counter is an ideal accessory for assessing fabrics, checking stamps, and checking colors. You can easily carry the thread counter in the included storage case. Before folding it up, first turn the magnifier upward. The required button cell batteries are included as standard with this magnifier. If the batteries run out, you can replace them with the following types: G3, SG3, 392, and SR41.
