Description
John Savage (including Deer Hunter and The Godfather) plays the mentally ill Albert. Albert is serving a long sentence in one of the toughest psychiatric clinics after killing Annie's mother in cold blood. However, Annie remains an obsession and it keeps getting worse. Completely crazy, Albert only thinks about one thing: HIS little Annie. The director of the clinic (Dr. Sachs) tries in vain not to release Albert, but the state determines that he has served his sentence and Albert immediately starts looking for his Annie, now 32 years old. Like a man possessed, he visits all the Annies he can find from the telephone book and when it turns out that it is not his Annie, he kills the innocent women. Eventually he finds his little Annie, but Albert is so incensed that his little Annie is now an adult independent woman that he also kills her and kidnaps her niece. The police are now hot on his trail and a dangerous and intriguing psychological game begins between Albert on the one hand and the police and Dr. Sachs on the other hand.
