These 100% waterproof panniers are available in two versions: 18.5 and 23 liters. The welded seams combined with the roll closure make these bags 100% waterproof. The hooks are compatible with almost all pannier racks and are easy to attach. You can also easily take the pannier with you (shopping) with the included (detachable) shoulder strap.
