The capacity of the bottom container (cup) is 500 ml, enough for a generous portion of soup, noodles or yogurt. The Ellipse lunch pot is made of sustainable material and is BPA-free. The lunch pot can be used in the freezer and microwave (remove the lid first!) and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The top transparent container should not be used in the microwave.
