Description
GastroMax core thermometer, for preparing meat. The digital core thermometer from Orthex for measuring the core temperature of meat, fish, poultry, pastries, and more. The steel probe can remain in the dish during oven cooking. The metal wire connecting the probe to the display is clamped in the oven door. It has an alarm that sounds when the desired core temperature is reached (max. 99 minutes and 59 seconds). It comes with a stand and a magnet on the back. The maximum temperature is 250°C; it also measures in Fahrenheit. Includes 1xAAA battery.
