Article number: 9008606232406 View all from EGLO > View more: LED bulbs E27 > Eglo - LED bulb - Globe - E27 - 400 lm - Amber - Step dimming This amber-colored LED bulb adds ambiance to your space in a sustainable way with only 4 watts. The bulb is dimmable, which, combined with the gold/amber-colored glass, creates a special vintage ambiance. No warm-up time is required and, thanks to its long lifespan and low energy consumption, it's also cost-saving! This is a step-dimming bulb. Step-dimming bulbs are dimmable without the need for a dimmer. You can dim the bulb with your existing switches, whether they're wall switches, cord switches, product switches, or foot switches. Step-dimming bulbs have three different brightness levels: 100%, 50%, and 25%. If the bulb is turned off and on again within 3 seconds, it automatically switches to the next brightness level. If the light remains off for more than 3 seconds, 100% brightness will automatically be available the next time you turn it on. Note: LED bulbs have new energy labels. The new classification runs from A to G, instead of A++ to E. As a result, many bulbs that previously had an A++ label now have an E label. This does not mean that the LED bulbs we sell are less sustainable. Below you will find a link to an article with more information about the new energy labels. The number of watts is the energy consumption of the lamp. The number of watts is the consumption per hour. A 60W lamp that is on for 10 hours consumes 60 x 10 = 600 watt hours What are lumens? Lumen is a unit for light output. The higher the number of lumens, the more light the lamp gives. So this has nothing to do with the color of the light. To compare lamps, it is best to compare the number of lumens. The higher the number of lumens, the higher the amount of light. Environmental information about LED bulb - Bulb - E27 - 400 lm - Amber - Step dimming. Unlike traditional lighting, LED bulbs use much less energy. With LED lighting, 95% of the energy is converted into light. This means only a small portion is converted into heat, keeping energy consumption significant. An LED bulb can therefore produce as much light as an incandescent or halogen bulb using only a small portion of the current. Furthermore, LED lighting doesn't get hot, making it much less likely to burn out than an incandescent bulb. LEDs are also more resistant to shock and vibration. This means LED lighting can last up to 50,000 hours. This is a significant difference compared to an incandescent bulb with a maximum of 1,000 hours and a halogen bulb with 3,500 hours.
