Description
The premium products have all the properties of regular cast iron Dutch ovens and skillets. This means they are suitable for all heat sources: induction, gas, stovetop, ceramic, halogen, and oven. Cast iron pans can reach much higher temperatures than other pans and retain heat considerably longer. Note that if the pan reaches a temperature higher than the oil's smoke point, it will burn. Therefore, do not use oil for grilling at higher temperatures and treat the pan with a little oil after cleaning to prevent rust. These sturdy cast iron pans conduct heat well and, thanks to their enamel coating, are easy to use and clean. The Windmill Premium pans are pre-seasoned, meaning they do not need to be seasoned.
