This versatile 50x23 cm cast iron barbecue grill is double-sided, making it perfect for use at home or at the campsite. The smooth side can be used for baking pizzas, toasting sandwiches, frying eggs, bacon, and vegetables, and much more.
The ribbed side of the plate doesn't require oil or butter, making it ideal for grilling fish and meat for a healthier meal. The design allows fat to drip off while you're cooking, so you can easily serve seared, restaurant-quality food.
The plate is also suitable for oven use. It has a practical handle on both sides.
The plate is pretreated and will last for years. The cast iron has a non-stick coating and is heat-conductive. Be sure to follow the care instructions and tips carefully. The plate should be cleaned with hot water and no detergent. It is not dishwasher safe.
