Disassembling a bicycle

Delivery of bicycle

We pack bicycles in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transport. Upon delivery, the handlebars will be slightly turned and the pedals will not be installed.

The Rucanor Lux MTB is a hardtail mountain bike. A hardtail mountain bike only has suspension on the front fork. The name "hardtail" might already give that away. This mountain bike is especially well-suited for forests, unpaved roads, and hilly terrain. Perfect for the less rugged terrain of our Low Countries. Thanks to the lightweight aluminum frame of this hardtail mountain bike, you can accelerate faster and climb faster!

A nice braking system

The braking mechanism of this bike is supposedly effective and simple. Mechanical brakes use a stainless steel cable. When you squeeze the handlebar brakes, the cable tightens and applies pressure to the disc brakes, bringing the wheels to a stop. Mechanical disc brakes have the major advantage of being easy to maintain, even for the untrained eye. They are also less expensive and less prone to failure. However, they do require more frequent maintenance and are heavier than hydraulic brakes. Finally, they demand more force from the rider.
