Description

The Dilophosaurus is easily recognizable by the two distinctive crests on its head. They are bright red and visible from afar. A fiery red crest adorns its long back, extending all the way to the tip of its tail. Its beautiful lizard-like skin has a bluish hue on its back and legs. It looks amazing! Weighing in at just 500 kilograms (1,100 pounds), the Dilophosaurus is practically a lightweight compared to other dinosaurs. But don't underestimate it. This carnivore is a true predator, crushing fish or smaller dinosaurs like peanuts between its powerful tusks. Because of its powerful hind legs, it can run incredibly fast and easily overtake its prey during the hunt. It's best not to get too close to it.
