The Basil Navigator Waterproof is a single pannier with a capacity of 25 to 31 liters. This bag is 100% waterproof (IPX 3) and is made of tarpaulin and 600D polyester. The pannier has a roll-top closure with an additional adjustable fastening, allowing you to choose how you want to close it. A reflective elastic band on the front of the bag can be used to store a raincoat or a wet raincoat, for example. The bag is easy to carry thanks to the handle and adjustable shoulder strap.
