The Basil City double pannier is perfect for the fast-paced city. Whether you're going to work, visiting friends, going out, to the market, or running errands, this pannier is compact yet spacious. With a 28-liter capacity, you can carry all your gear, and if you need a little extra space, you can expand the capacity to 32 liters. The height-adjustable Velcro closure prevents water from entering the bag.
