Our LATZ E-Plus mud flap prevents splashing rainwater from getting your shoes, pant legs, or bike trailer wet and dirty when riding on wet roads. The mud flap extends the bottom of the mudguard, as these often don't drain away splashwater sufficiently. Next time you commute to the office or go for a bike ride, your shoes and pant legs will stay dry. Besides protecting your clothing while riding on wet roads, the LATZ E-Plus also prevents flying stones from damaging the frame's paintwork. The mud flap is made from a truck tarpaulin and is attached to the lower section of the mudguard as an extension. Thanks to the reinforced material, the mud flap retains its shape even at higher speeds and in headwinds, making it ideal for use on e-bikes. The LATZ E-Plus can be optionally mounted on front or rear mudguards with a tread width of 70 to 90 mm. Scope of delivery: Mudflap LATZ and 3 x cable ties Assembly: Thread a cable tie from behind through the two holes on the left and right side of the flap so that the pointed ends are at the top and the lock is at the bottom. Now turn the mudguard over and position it in the middle of the lower end of the mudguard. Place the cable ties on the left and right sides of the mudguard crossbars and tighten them. Cut off the protruding ends of the cable ties with side cutters.
