Because of their mild effect, our soaps are suitable as hand soap, shower soap and even for the face. The shampoosticks can also be used as a hand and shower soil. Plant we work with oils of the highest quality: vegetable, organic and food -safe - including essential oils - and therefore full of beneficial ingredients. To achieve this, we work together with breeders who share our beliefs. We also collect some of the plants in our beloved Wickenburgh Bos. Here we take care of our soap herb garden and harvest various ingredients that have been growing here for centuries. Free from palm oil and irritating substances We never use palm oil, animal fats or irritants such as perfume oil, dyes or foam improvers. We use valuable raw materials to produce a rich soap that also feels good on the sink! Weefzeep is biodegradable and of course not tested for animals. In addition to the honey soap and shampoo - both made with honey from a local organic beekeeper - our entire range is vegan. Organic & handmade In our soap maker on Westerkade in Utrecht we make all our soaps in a large pan. We make one hundred and fifty pieces per batch in a block that is cut after twenty -four hours. Then the soap matures in our drying cabinets for a few weeks. After this process, a piece of throwing soap weighs around 100 grams. When the soaps are ready to be packaged, they will be transported by bicycle to the social workplace in Wij at the yard. Here they are made by a great team of soap packers in a basement in Utrecht Environmental information about yard soap was created in 2009 from Evelien's preference for old crafts and natural products. During a trip through Canada she and Laurens made, she ended up on an idyllic family farm where soap was made, with a ladle and a huge pan. The wooden house smelled fairytale -like delicious and immediately the first day Evelien helped to make soap. To her surprise, this handmade soap, which lay in the shower and at the sink, was soft and caring for her skin. From a small time with eczema, soap had been out of the question for years, but this soap turned out to be a completely different story than everything she had become acquainted with until then and which mainly gave her a tight skin. Soap made from oils is a completely different product than factory soap made from refined fatty acids, with additions such as foam improvers, synthetic perfumes and preservatives, which also has the glycerin from crashed. This Discovery was enough for Evelien to get completely under the spell of soap, the traditional soap, all possible ingredients and the effect on the skin. She started to develop her soaps in a historic site cellar on the Oudegracht in Utrecht. Now, eight years later she works with a growing team in the beautiful soap pattern on the Westerkade.
