2 handlebar plugs Assembly tip: Start with a clean and grease-free steering wheel. Wrap the ribbon tightly and evenly, from the inside out, with a slight overlap. Install the bar caps and finish with the end strips. If necessary, seek advice from your bicycle dealer or an online expert. Tecora E handlebar tape Confort Natural. Remove the handlebar caps, the old tape and clean and degrease your handlebars. Pull up the rubber covers of your brake levers. Starting at the handlebar end, wrap the tape from the inside out. Install the bar plugs at an early stage. Make sure the tape overlaps halfway. Finish wrapping with the supplied end strips.
