The use of the cooling product (also read the usage tips on the back of this leaf)
First, ensure that you have a large amount of water at your disposal, in which you can immerse the cooling product. Then remove the product from the package and keep it under water while gently kneading the Aqua Coolkeeper. The cooling crystals in the product will keep up with the cool water and their cooling property for at least two days. The product turns off and therefore becomes nice and soft and comfortable. In this way you can use the product frequently, without ice or freezing. It is normal for the mat to feel moist after soaking. You can gently wring out the cooling product (don't squeeze too hard!) After a few hours, most of the moisture is gone. It is not that your animal has to wait before it can go on the mat, that is possible immediately. For the best result, you can soak the cooling product the evening before use and then hang it out. The product is completely dry and filled with wonderfully cool crystals the next morning. The product may be cooled in the refrigerator (not in the freezer part, just the cooling area), for example when you have a long drive in front of the bow and it really gets really hot in the afternoon. Never use an ice cold product directly on your animal, that is unpleasant and not good for the muscles.

In the cooling collar is a reservoir with cooling crystals that cover the arteries in the neck exactly when wearing. Because arteries lie on the surface of the skin, the blood flows directly along the cooling reservoir, so that the entire body is ultimately cooled. You can compare the effect with keeping the wrists under running cold water. The cooling collar can be attached to the normal collar.

If it is necessary to wash the product, proceed as follows.
Dry the product total, make sure it feels as it was when you removed it from the package. It can take a few days before the product has lost all its moisture. You can wash the product on your hand quickly with mild soap (but without). Do not use detergent or aggressive cleaning agents! These damage the crystals so that they can lose their effect.

Instructions for long usage pleasure
If you want to store your Aqua Coolkeeper, make sure it is completely dry at first. This can take a few days. You can let the aqua coolkeeper dry faster by hanging it outside in the wind. Never store the Aqua Coolkeeper in a plastic bag or plastic container when it is still somewhat damp, this can cause mold.

The following actions are harmful to the Aqua Coolkeeper:
- The Aqua Coolkeeper cannot stand salt water
- The Aqua Coolkeeper cannot stand gasoline or diesel
- The Aqua Coolkeeper cannot stand alcohol
- The Aqua Coolkeeper cannot stand bleach or chlorine

The above things will damage the cooling characteristics of the Aqua Coolkeeper.
