The tongs have a heating element and a smooth and soft coating of Quartz and ceramic. This developed heating element brings your tongs up to temperature super quickly and does not let it drop, even if you use it for cold hair. The tongs are long enough so that you have enough space to curl long hair.
The curling iron has 6 temperature settings, from a minimum of 160°C to a maximum of 210°C. Curl your hair at the lowest temperature first, and work your way up to get the desired result. In general: 140 - 160°C for thin hair, 160-200°C for normal hair and >200°C for thick hair. After you set a temperature, the curling iron locks itself. This way you can't accidentally increase the temperature while curling. If you still want to increase the temperature, press the +/- button for 2 seconds. If you do not use the pliers for a long time, it will turn off automatically.
The cord is 2.5m so you get enough room to curl your hair. With an accompanying heat-resistant mat, where you can place your pliers when not in use.
