HG descaler for coffee makers, kettles and washing machines removes limescale and scale in hot water equipment, such as a coffee maker, kettle or washing machine. This lime and scale is effectively removed and is absolutely safe for your equipment. Due to the deposit of scale and lime, heating elements use more energy, which reduces efficiency and causes the elements to break down prematurely. The instructions for descaling vary greatly per hot water appliance and the water hardness is also important for the proper removal of scale and limescale.

Descaling a coffee maker
Dilute 50ml of the HG descaler for coffee makers, kettles & washing machines with half a liter of water and carefully pour it into the reservoir of the coffee maker. Let the machine work as you normally make coffee. Pour the solution down the drain. If there is insufficient flow through the device, you can repeat the treatment with a new mixture. Finally, run the appliance three times with clean water so that no limescale residues or aftertaste remain.

Descaling a kettle
Dilute 50ml of the HG descaler for coffee makers, kettles & washing machines with half a liter of water and carefully pour it into the kettle. Do not switch the device on, but let the liquid work cold for approximately 40 minutes. Pour the solution down the drain. If the limescale has not been sufficiently removed, repeat the treatment. Finally, rinse the device thoroughly after the treatment.

Descaling a washing machine
Add the HG descaler for coffee makers, kettles & washing machines to the washing powder container. In soft water areas 100ml and in hard water areas 200ml. Start the shortest program with a temperature of 60°C. Switch off the appliance halfway through the program and wait approximately 20 minutes so that the product can take effect. After 20 minutes, let the device finish the program.
