Marumi Gray Filter Super DHG ND1000 52 mm

A Marumi DHG Super ND (Digital High Grade Neutral Density) is a gray filter that gives you the opportunity to check the bright light that enters the lens. These Super ND1000 filters are provided with a Multi Coating, which reduces the reflection of the incoming light, without the color balance being disturbed.

Is there too much light or you want e.g. Use another aperture with the same shutter speed, you can use a gray filter. The light intensity is reduced by this filter. With this Marumi DHG Super ND1000 filter you can delay the certain aperture value with 10-stops. So a longer shutter speed with the same aperture. So you don't have to squeeze the aperture any further if you want a longer shutter speed. Because of this longer shutter speed you are able to capture a movement in a photo and you prevent the moving image from being duplicated '' ghosting ''. A good example is a photo of running water as shown at the pictures.

Features DHG Filters

The DHG filters are made of extra strongly tempered glass and equipped with a multi coating. As a result, they are moisture, scratch and dirty resistant. This also makes the DHG filters easy to clean. As an extra compared to the normal DHG ND series, the DHG Super ND series has a water and oil -resistant coating. Due to the femal thread, stacking filters is possible. This way you can combine different filters for even more effect.
