The Falco Mark IV was designed by nature photographers, tested in the field and continuously optimized. The fixed groundsheet with a hydrostatic pressure of 2,500 mm keeps you dry, even during heavy rain showers. The durable polyester 150D cloth does not contain any annoying Velcro, which makes setting up and hiding goes smoothly.

A smart shelter at the front prevents rain from entering the extra viewing windows. You can close these windows completely from the inside to keep it dark. Above the lens opening there is an additional viewing window with a roof for a view without water ingress. The door has also been renewed with a reverse zipper that drains rainwater better.

The door has a camouflage insect net that doubles as a rear window or vent. This way, fresh air stays in while insects stay out. All three apertures have fixed insect nets and rain hoods. Even the open tubes of the frame are closed with a cap against dirt and mud.

There is a small zipper opening at the bottom of the front for a tripod leg to go out. This closes completely to remain waterproof. Inside there is room for a low ground tripod or small tripod with camera and a backpack with extra gear. Thanks to the compact size and the dark interior, you remain completely invisible to wildlife.

Setting up the tent is very quick thanks to the three half-hoops made of fiberglass. Set up the tent a day in advance so that animals get used to your presence, and start photographing immediately. The 4 guy ropes provide extra stability if necessary, but that is rarely necessary.

The Falco Mark IV stands out completely in its environment. The tent is supplied in green, brown or reed. With the attached strings you can easily add natural materials such as branches or leaves. For extra camouflage, use a separate camouflage net so that your tent blends seamlessly into the landscape.

For longer photo sessions, the extra rain cover offers protection against rain and wind. Roll up the front slightly and secure with the drawstring to maintain access to the front window while staying dry.
