Remove the handlebar plugs and the old tape, and clean and degrease your handlebars. Pull up the rubber protective caps from your brake levers. Start at the end of the handlebar and wrap the tape from the inside out. Install the handlebar plugs early on. Make sure the tape overlaps halfway. Finish the wrapping with the supplied end strips.
