Send passport photos securely and GDPR-compliant to your clients. With Pixel-Tech's Secured Cloud Storage, you can upload a passport photo with a single click. A printout is then automatically created with a QR code and link. Your client uploads the passport photo to participating government agencies. They can also download the photo themselves. Completely GDPR-compliant and reliable. Secured Cloud Storage is used in conjunction with a valid ID Photos Pro license.
Secured Cloud Storage Application
Many countries offer the option of uploading passport photos digitally. This applies to more than 40 different documents, including visas and passports. Your customer uploads the photos themselves, using the link and QR code on the printout. Secured Cloud Storage is not required to submit digital passport photos for Dutch driver's licenses. However, ID Photos Pro does have a connection with the RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority) for this purpose (via Phocs).
Photos for personal use
Since the GDPR came into effect, you can't simply send photos by email. This is because passport photos fall under the category of "personal data." In practice, email isn't reliable or secure enough. Secured Cloud Storage offers a solution for that too. Using the link on the printout you give the client, they can download the photo as a .JPG file to their computer.
During business hours, Secured Cloud Storage will be activated remotely after we receive your payment. This takes a maximum of 2 hours.
