The batteries have been tested for overcharge, overload, short circuit and deep discharge and are therefore protected against misuse, ensuring a long lifespan. These rechargeable batteries are a good replacement for traditional alkaline batteries. Some battery-powered devices have issues with the lower output voltage of NiMH batteries. With these 1.5 V Li-Ion batteries you won't have that problem. They have a constant output voltage of 1.5V over 95% of the operating time. When the battery still has a residual capacity of approximately 5%, the output voltage is reduced to 1.1V. This means you will notice in time that the battery needs to be replaced. This means, for example, that you always have a flashlight that shines brightly and evenly, or a milk frother, electric toy or shaver that always works at full power.
