Description
Beaphar Wormer (formerly Ascapinal) is an oral solution for cage and aviary birds, rabbits and rodents. It has been specially developed to combat rinsing and hairworms.
- Individual dosage; directly in the mouth:
- Dosage per 12.5 g birdweight: 1 drop (= 0.5 mg Levamisole)
- Canary (25 g): 2 drops
- Graspairite (40-50 g): 4 drops
- Large parakeet (40-100 g): 4-8 drops
- Parrot (100-1000 g): 8-80 drops
- Repeat treatment after 2 weeks.
Group dosing through the drinking water:
- Dissolve 7.5 ml of worm in 250 ml of drinking water (30 ml per liter).
- Give this solution as any drinking water for 24 hours to all birds/rabbits/rodents present for drinking.
- Remove any bath water.
- Repeat treatment after 2 weeks.
