- The green and blue dryer balls are soft balls have different tensile strength
(one is harder than the other) and otherwise formed studs. The two soft balls are designed to work together to lift and separate the laundry in the dryer. The dryer balls also absorb heat and release this to the clothing while drying, so that drying is accelerated.
Make sure you place both dryer balls in the dryer and normally set the dryer for the type of textile that you want to dry. You do not have to add soothing dry drum wipes or use fabric softener in your washing machine. The specially designed studs of the dryer balls reduce the stiffness caused by drying your laundry and softening without having to add chemicals.
