Get creative with this crepe paper, which you can roll into many small paper balls to create imaginative collage motifs, or tear/cut the paper to create beautiful mosaic collages. You can also create colorful effects by layering different colored pieces of crepe paper and then wetting them. The water will cause a gradual 'flowing' effect of the paper paint on the bottom surface, e.g. paper or cardboard.
