But it is important that the soap mass is not too hot, as this can cause the plastic to 'curl'. If the container of melted soap can be held for 20 seconds without burning your fingers, the mold is ready to use. Allow the soap to harden completely, preferably overnight, so that you can easily remove it from the mold. Gently press up from the bottom – start in the center and work towards the edge.
