Fiskars Functional Form Set Bamboo bread cutting board and knife consists of a glued bamboo cutting board and a long cartel knife, ideal for cutting bread with a hard crust. The crumbs are collected in the glued bamboo cutting board to easily clean the shelf. The cutting board has silicone feet for anti-slip grip. The 2-sided cutting board is made of sustainably renovated FSC-certified bamboo (FSC C108780) and is treated with linseed oil. The cutting board has a smooth, non-stuffed side for the preparation of all kinds of food. The bread knife has a leaf of durable Japanese stainless steel, an ergonomic handle with soft grip and a deep finger protection for a comfortable and safe location in the hand. Like all Functional form knives, this knife is dishwasher -resistant so that it can be easily cleaned every day. Thanks to the slim profile, the knife can be easily stored.
