The StudioKing SK-BD550 consists of a white beauty dish (Ø 55 cm) that, in addition to a honeycomb grid, diffuser cloth, and reflector, also comes with a 152mm adapter ring for Falcon Eyes flashes. As the name suggests, a beauty dish allows you to photograph people in the most beautiful way. It provides wide dispersion and beautiful contrast, so that details of a person (think skin tones or muscles) are beautifully highlighted. Compared to a silver beauty dish, a white color provides an even softer light.

How does it work?

The reflector is attached to the three sticks on the inside of the beauty dish. This reflects and diffuses the light. The honeycomb grid can be used to direct the flash, while the diffuser cloth softens the light. The included adapter ring allows the Beauty Dish to be used with Falcon Eyes 152mm flash units.
