De Schwalbe buitenband Big Apple is een comfortabele fietsband met ingebouwde luchtvering. Deze band is perfect voor stadsfietsen en biedt een comfortabele rijervaring zonder dat er dure veertechnieken nodig zijn. Met de Big Apple begon tien jaar geleden de trend van de balloonbike. De band heeft een inch maat van 28 x 2.00 en een ETRTO maat van 50-622. Hij is uitgevoerd als draadband en heeft reflectie voor extra veiligheid. De band is zwart van kleur en gemaakt van rubber. Hij weegt 650 gram en heeft een bandenspanning van 2.50/5.00 bar (35/70 psi). De maximale belasting is 105 kg. De band heeft een EPI van 67 en is gemaakt van het duurzame rubbermengsel Endurance.
