Network cable tester set – CAT 5 / CAT 6 / CAT 7 / ISDN This network cable tester set is suitable for checking telephone and network cables in domestic and commercial installations. The tester checks individual wires to detect or rule out wiring faults. Application Suitable for testing RJ11 and RJ45 cables and for checking the operation of CAT 5, CAT 6 and CAT 7 networks and ISDN cabling. The tester is used during installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Test functionality Checks individual wires for: • Continuity • Short circuits • Crossed wires • Cable breaks The LED indicators on the master and remote units show the status of each wire individually. Modes & indication Equipped with Auto and Manual test modes for automatic or manual checking of the wires. The "G" LED indicates whether a shielded cable is detected.
