Shrink-film sheets with a glossy surface on one side and a matte surface on the other are perfect for decorating and creating figures. Shrink-film sheets shrink up to 40% in the oven. The shrinking process is fascinating to watch, for both children and adults. You can immediately see how the shrink-film changes shape and size in a short time in the oven. Working with many shrink-film sheets can therefore be a perfect activity if you want to have some creative fun with your family. Children can draw on the shrink-film sheets and create their own imaginative figures and designs. For added convenience, we also offer shrink-film sheets with pre-printed designs that are ready to color and shrink. These little creations can then be used to decorate a child's room or given as homemade gifts to grandparents. How to use the shrink-film sheets: Color with markers for glossy surfaces, such as a Plus Color marker, Uni Posca marker, or a glass and porcelain marker. On the matte side, you can also color with colored pencils and crayons. If your shrink plastic is transparent, you can draw according to your own template. Place your template under the shrink plastic, trace the design, and let it dry. If necessary, make a hole for hangers (use the largest hole with a hole punch or punch pliers). Place it on a baking sheet for a few seconds in a preheated standard oven (no convection or steam) at 170°C (330°F). Keep an eye on the oven. The shrink plastic will curl up first, then straighten out. Remove the shrunk design from the oven and let it cool. If it isn't completely straight, you can place a book on top of it and, with a little pressure, flatten it completely.
