  • With 100mg Magnesium Isotonic Sports Drink: The isotonic sports drink combines a thirst quencher with an energy source. It replenishes both electrolytes and carbohydrates. The ratio is 70g per liter of water, or 35g in a 500ml bottle, and contains approximately 8g of carbohydrates per 100ml and almost the same osmotic pressure as body fluids. Ideal for endurance athletes who engage in prolonged, intense exercise. Hypotonic Sports Drink: The Hypotonic sports drink is used as a thirst quencher and primarily replenishes electrolytes. The ratio is 20g per liter of water, or approximately 10g in a 500ml bottle, and contains less than 4g of carbohydrates per 100ml. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Use as an isotonic sports drink 1. Recommended dosage: dissolve 1 scoop of powder (approx. 35 g) in a bottle with 500 ml of water (or 1.5 scoops of 50 g in a bottle with 750 ml of water) 2. Recommended dosage: spread the amount of Isotonic Sports Drink during the warm-up (ideally drinking 200 to 300 ml) over a period of 1 hour before the start until just before the effort/competition. During the effort/competition, if possible, drink approximately 300 ml of Isotonic Sports Drink every half hour. Use as a Hypotonic sports drink 1. Recommended dosage: dissolve half a full scoop of powder (approx. 20 g) in a bottle with 500 ml (or an almost full scoop of approx. 30 g in a bottle with 750 ml of water) 2. Recommended dosage: before and during training/competitions as needed. Guideline: drink 500ml (1 water bottle) to approx. 1 litre spread over 60 minutes. The amount depends on the temperature outside and the level of exertion.
