Description

Good quality cloth made of 100% cotton - can be decorated with yarn by sewing through the loops. Do not wash. . This sew-on cloth has (if you don't wash it) a weave pattern with raised loops/stitches through which young children can easily insert a cross-stitch needle with thread. Start at the top right corner of the fabric. Double the yarn once it is threaded onto the cross stitch needle and tie a knot at the end, for example around the first loop. This prevents the child from pulling the yarn off the needle. Now you can push the threaded needle horizontally back and forth through the loops to form a striped pattern. We recommend choosing smooth cotton yarn as it is easier for the child to work with. Another variant: For example, thread a bead (with a large hole) on the yarn between the loops as an extra effect for the more experienced child.
