The number of Watts is the energy consumption of the lamp. The number of Watts is the consumption per hour. A 60W lamp that is on for 10 hours therefore consumes 60 x 10 = 600 Watt-hours. What are lumens (lm)? Lumen is a unit for light output. The higher the number of lumens, the more light the lamp emits. This has nothing to do with the colour of the light.
