You can also set it manually. 3 programs for pressure cooking, 3 programs for steaming, 3 programs for stews and soups, 7 programs for browning, 3 programs for simmering, baking, slow cooking, reheating and specific programs for rice, oatmeal & cereals and baby food. Plus a manual mode to set the temperature and time yourself. Includes included recipe booklet that has a recipe for each program, spatula, coaster and measuring cup. You can delay the start of the multicooker for up to 24 hours so that the food is prepared when you want it. During pressure cooking, no contact with steam is possible, so there is no risk of burns. Easy to clean thanks to the non-stick coating.
