The WMF Profi Resist series offers the advantages of a stainless steel pan combined with a non-stick coating. These pans consist of three layers: an aluminum core, stainless steel interior and an extremely resistant chrome exterior. In addition, the non-stick coating with the honeycomb structure ensures that you will not easily burn anything, giving poultry and other pieces of meat a delicious crust. Profi Resist pans are perfect for everything you want to sear quickly and hot. Fry away! You will enjoy this for a long time because the raised honeycomb structure of stainless steel actually protects the non-stick coating. In addition, the pans also have a TransTherm® bottom so that the heat is spread quickly and evenly throughout the entire pan. This heat is also stored for a longer period of time, so you can turn the stove back down, which saves energy!
