The DS-RX1HS is a Photo Printer from DNP that is made for printing the highest quality photos. With a printing speed of approximately 15 seconds, you will quickly have a tangible copy of the photos you have taken. The DS-RX1HS has the option to print in three different sizes, with the printer allowing you to cut the 10 x 15 cm print into two 5 x 15 cm prints.

The DS-RX1HS printer is designed to stay ahead of the competition. This is reflected in its competitive price and high quality. The printer has a maximum resolution of 600DPI, which is high for a Dye Sublimation printer. In addition, you have the convenience of the high printing capacity of no less than 700 prints per roll! The DNP digital Dye Sublimation Photo Printer DS-RX1 is, like all other DNP models, equipped with a special printing technique that allows you to print matte and gloss without having to change the print media. This printer is ideal for printing passport photos, for example by combining the printer with the passport photo software IdPhotos Pro.
Hot Folder
DNP offers free software called 'Hot folder print'. This makes it possible to print photos automatically using a so-called 'hot folder'. The idea is simple: define a folder in which the photos will be placed and choose the desired printer and layout.
You can then take photos and the photos will be printed automatically from the selection folder.
You can configure the right properties in hot folder print once, after which every photo is printed correctly. Choose the size, finish and optionally enable the 2-inch cut.
The DS-RX1 has various printing options in different sizes:
- 5 x 15 cm (2 x 6 inches), 50.5 x 152mm: 2800 prints per box (per two pieces)
- 10 x 15 cm (4 x 6 inches), 101 x 152mm: 1400 prints per box
- 13 x 18 cm (5 x 7 inches), 127 x 178mm: 680 prints per box
- 15 x 20 cm (6 x 8 inches), 152 x 203mm: 700 prints per box
The printer can also cut small prints, such as 5x15cm and 9x13cm. More information about printing options in the attachment.
*Warranty: This printer model has a warranty period of 2 years or 40,000 prints. It is not recommended to use different media widths on the same printer. Read the manual for more information.
All different paper types for this printer are supplied from stock at Benèl (see “Optional Accessories”). The optional accessories include a case, the printer only fits in the case if the foam is removed from the lid.
