Refectocil Oxidant Liquid 3% 100ml

is a liquid hydrogen peroxide that ensures a stable coloring. Mix the Refectocil Liquid with the Refectocil eyelash and eyebrow paint for perfect color coverage. This developer has a percentage of 3% or 10 full. The liquid developer is a bit thinner than the cream developer. The advantage is that you have more freedom while applying the paint mixture. The packaging has a capacity of 100ml and is good for around 200 applications. The Oxidant Liquid works until the last drop. Always consult the packaging when used this product.
