At that point, the CO2 cartridge is already inside the pump's cap, preventing any gas from escaping. This IceToolz CO2 cartridge contains 16 grams of CO2, enough to inflate a road bike tire to approximately 9 bar/130 psi, depending on the tire size. For an MTB tire, this 16-gram CO2 cartridge is sufficient for approximately 2.5 bar/39 psi.
