Drum sticks and brushes

• Wooden drum sticks (Hickory, Maple, Oak): We offer poles in all common sizes (such as 5A, 5B, 7A) from the most renowned brands.

  • Hickory is the standard because of its ideal balance between durability and shock absorption.

  • Maple is lighter and faster, perfect for lighter styles where touch sensitivity is important.

  • Oak is extremely dense and durable, ideal for drummers who play with a lot of force.

• Brushes (Jazz brushes): For connoisseurs we have brushes with both metal and nylon threads. Metal brushes provide that characteristic, sharp "swerve" and dynamics on the snare drum, while nylon brushes provide a slightly warmer, fuller sound and are less likely to bend.

• Rods and Bundles: For situations where normal sticks are too hard but brushes are too soft, our 'rods' (bundles of thin sticks) are the perfect solution. They offer excellent volume control and a unique percussive sound that is very popular in "unplugged" sessions.

• Variation in tips: The shape of the tip (such as acorn, oval, teardrop or barrel) determines the sound of your cymbals. We have a wide selection so you can choose the exact clarity or warmth that suits your cymbal setup.

• Nylon vs. Wooden tips: Choose wooden tips for a warmer, natural sound on your cymbals, or nylon tips if you want a consistently clear "ping" and a longer lifespan from your sticks.
