What is MIPS? MIPS technology ensures that the helmet shell moves relative to the head during an oblique impact. This protects your brain against rotating forces and serious injuries. There is an LED lamp on the back of the helmet that makes you more visible to other road users at dusk. The integrated light is rechargeable via a USB port. The maximum light duration is 165 minutes. Another feature for better visibility is the reflective bands on the Abbey MIPS. These are made from recycled water bottles! With the Fidlock magnets click lock including padding, the helmet can also be opened and closed with one hand without the risk of getting stuck. The integrated TriVider, an extra wide belt divider, ensures a high level of comfort and adjustment. Speaking of customization: thanks to the XY sizer (adjustment wheel) at the back of the helmet, the Abbey MIPS can be individually adjusted in height and width. The cooling padding in the helmet has an anti-sweat effect and is washable and replaceable. Abbey MIPS is available in two different sizes and three color variants.
