A relief liner for creating three-dimensional lines and dots on virtually any light-absorbing surface, including most textiles. The Effect Liners are very suitable for applying beautiful smooth 'pearls'. For an optimal 3D effect, hold the tip just above the surface and press the paint out in a smooth motion. Drying time: 24 hours. For indoor use only. When applying to textiles: wash the fabric without fabric softener before applying the dye. Washable at 40 °C.
