This popular Abus lock features an IvyTex sleeve. This sleeve protects your frame from scratches caused by friction from the lock chain. The chain is made of hardened steel and has a thickness of 8 mm. The chain can be connected to multiple Abus locks. This lock serves as an extra security measure, for example, to chain a bicycle with a pre-mounted frame lock to a fixed object. No key is needed for this lock as it opens when you remove your bicycle from the lock. 8 mm thick (hardened steel) square chain with an IvyTex sleeve to prevent scratches.
