At Tormino, all products carry the statutory warranty under Dutch and European law — at least 2 years. Additionally, many manufacturers offer an extended factory warranty. Read below for everything about your warranty and how to file a claim.

All products come with at least 2 years statutory warranty under Dutch and European law.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many manufacturers offer additional warranty on top of the statutory warranty. Check the product page for details.

Legal warranty

All products you buy at Tormino carry the statutory warranty under Dutch and European law. This means a product must do what you may reasonably expect it to do. The statutory warranty lasts at least 2 years after purchase.

Manufacturer warranty

In addition to the statutory warranty, many manufacturers offer an additional factory warranty. The duration and terms vary by product and brand. Check the product page or included documentation for the specific factory warranty.

When are you entitled to warranty?

  • The product has a defect not caused by misuse
  • The product does not match the description or specifications
  • The product was already damaged upon delivery (transport damage)
  • The product shows wear within the warranty period that is abnormal for its use

What is not covered by warranty?

  • Damage from misuse, drops or impacts
  • Normal wear after prolonged use
  • Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality

Filing a warranty claim

Discovered a defect within the warranty period? Contact our customer service. We need the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photos of the defect (if possible)

After receiving your claim, we assess it as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days. Depending on the issue, we offer a repair, replacement or refund.

Minimum 2 years: Statutory warranty lasts at least 2 years after purchase on all products.

Original condition: The product must not be damaged by misuse or unauthorized repair.
